Congress Again Eviscerates US Constitution

Recently both the House of Representatives and the Senate passed HR 347 or the Anti-Occupy Law described here. Anybody who completed an eighth grade civics class should know this clearly violates the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. And yet it passed the Senate unanimously. Only three republicans in the House - true conservatives who remember life before neocons - voted against it. So completely have the democrats sold their soul to the neolibs that not a single democrat in either the House of Representatives or the United States Senate voted against it. It is way past time to abandon both parties and move on to something new. Just as the Republican Party grew from the outmoded Whig Party and the Canadian NDP grew from the outmoded Liberal Party, so we can move on to something better.
